      C-level conversations - building out 'trusted advisor' relationships - great rewards - fantastic learning environment

      Cons

      True sales culture: it's also a numbers game (of course!) - You need high self confidence level - it's a tough company to be in when you're having less good numbers or a more challenging sales year

      At Gartner you have every day the opportunity to learn from the smartest people and be connected to C-levels to discuss their most critical priorities. As AE you can manage your business as a true CEO, with all freedom and independence (time management, working from home...), but also with all accountability that comes with it. Managers at Gartner are true coaches, focused on their account executives' success. Gartner puts everything in place to help associates develop their full potential and realize what they would not have considered possible. We have a culture of working hard and playing hard. We work together as a team to learn from eachother, to brainstorm on how to overcome hurdles and to relax at the right times, celebrating together. Gartner is a growing company which offers plenty of new career opportunities.

      Cons

      While the full benefits package is very strong compared to the market, the number of holidays is rather limited. To be improved.
