      Fast paced, dynamic atmosphere, experiencing great growth against the current downward trends. Internal sales force young and driven, great compensation for sales

      Cons

      Limited promotion or career opportunities if you are based outside of CT HQ. Despite some progress still has a element of the 'boys club'.

      Pros

      Collegial culture with intellectual rigor, which is a result of its Research heritage, creates an attractive environment for personal growth. Career path opportunities are endless across the entire company. Still behaves like a growth company with young aspiring smart professional people. Company is still hiring aggressively while other professional firms entrenched over last five years. Stock has done very well and has been rewarded by Wall Street due to its strong leadership and management. This is a place to come to for the rest of your career or as a valuable stop along the way. Many former Gartner employees return which is a testament to the company as a desirable place to work.

      Cons

      Use to provide stock options to reward many employees. Now only provides a stock purchase program similar to other organizations.
