Pros
Gartner's a rapidly growing company, and managed to performance numbers that increasingly tie to business value. This means that benefits and compensation are good, but there's a lot of change to adapt to. Co-workers are generally smart and cooperative (of course, there are always exceptions). The global nature of the business means that work can be very flexible.
Cons
As with any company tuned to growth, there can be long hours. And the focus on business growth - read metrics - can feel stifling.
