      1) The senior management is very supportive of flexible timing culture that gives elbow room to its employees to balance and manage work and their personal lives well. 2) Nice bunch of brilliant minds and technology enthusiasts. 3) In very few companies you get to voice your opinion, thoughts & feedback so openly. It helps create an environment where you feel so deeply connected with your work that there is a strong emotional bond. 4) Good salary, at-least best among the competitors 5) Good quality work allow which help in learning and gaining knowledge
