Pros

Top performers can expect the unparalleled rewards and recognition they deserve. All-expense-paid luxury trips to locations such asHawaii, South Africa and New Zealand, uncapped earnings in excess of target income, and a wealth of personal development opportunities await those willing to take on the challenge.

Cons

Depending on the market you have to work in, it gets more complicated. There are some regions where a mature market will make sales harder to achieve.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, almost 3 weeks PTO, highly talented, intelligent, dedicates and professional employees. Leading brand in the market place.

Cons

Micromanagement, politics and favourtism, very high stress/pressure from management, old systems that need to be updated, HR team lacking professionalism, feedback may be taken but action is most commonly not made. Very "corporate" and brainwashing is expected.
