Pros

Gartner pays a nice salary. But after that no good appraisals and hikes. Just 2-3% hike. And very very manipulative. But a glitch in that too.. something called Base Salary and Basic Salary is there.

Cons

Research operations team is like a school. The managers are very Nagging. There are no outings. It is a complete atmosphere of BPO. They Track your time minute by minute and conduct useless activities and there is no end to meeting they hold.

You are always learning, working with friendly and intelligent people, great benefits, fun and fast-paced work environment, good salaries, great brand, specialized products and services

Cons

The fast-paced environment can make daily life extremely stressful if you aren't part of a good team with a great coach/leader. Some office cultures are not as friendly as others. Many employees outside of CT work remotely and may feel disconnected from bigger company culture.

Not a good paymaster. Concentration on senior team members. Limited opportunities for promotion.
