      High growth company with good prospects for future growth, nice mix of people, highly talented workforce

      Cons

      Very US centric, opportunities for career progression outside of the US can be limited but ultimately your development is down to you, you have to work harder to move forward than you would do in a UK based company

      Opportunity to work with smart and talented colleagues. Opportunity to work with clients and colleagues all over the world, in all industries - a very global company. Opportunity to learn continuously--no one ever says the job is boring. Excellent place to look for your next job - you get exposed to a lot of different situations. Trustworthy employer - company has a long history of benefits and personnel practices on a par with leading technology companies.

      Cons

      Long hours. If you don't like setting your own course and managing your own career, you probably wouldn't be happy at Gartner. Not enough time to do research, most time is spend delivering. Company tends to be Stamford CT centric.

      the brand name is good, but the action doesnt come through. people get value most of the time if utilised properly.

      Cons

      dont look after their people. no interest in long term interests, and developing people, and roles. it is a lot of shoot from the hip.its sales at any cost, and dog eats dog within the groups
