Smart and curious people

Pros

Colleagues are whip smart and curious, particularly the analysts who are hired to develop research and consult with clients in the c-suite. Fully remote or hybrid work is available for some roles. Systems and tools (including numerous AI-enabled tools) for getting work done are top-flight.

Cons

Too early to tell, but so far the support for orientation and to quickly ramp up to contribute has been excellent.

Pros

I personally have a supportive and great manager, so this makes me work much less stressful.

Cons

Everything is about AI right now. Metrics are a hot topic, and while they've always been central to our success in the role, there is an over emphasis on them recently, which is resulting in more stress than usual. More specifically when there are more factors out of our control, than within. They unfortunately due tend to underpay here. If you move internally, please do not expect a salary that reflects market trends or standards. External hires will receive a 30% increase in salary, while an internal promotion, same year of experience, will get 10%. Just the way things are I guess.
