Great coworkers and fun products, terribly run and unethical company.

Pros

The products are fun and I loved being in Stillwater.

Cons

Zero work-life balance. Unkept promises of raises and promotions. Inappropriate and manipulative management and executive team. An unstable and extremely dramatic environment, even when you managed to stay out of the drama.

Pros

Creative art department with fun projects.

Cons

Depressing atmosphere, managers all out for themselves, too much talking behind each others backs and not sharing information with the team. Lot of work for little return. Upper management doesn't know how to run a company and driving into the ground.

Talented and hard working team.

Cons

Bad owner, promises never kept, extremely underpaid and unappreciated, overtime expected, a lot of smoke and mirrors. Business is not doing well.
