Pros

Leadership practices what they preach in regards to people first. The benefits packages are hard to beat. When the company has a good year, the money is passed to the employees as bonuses. Leadership is transparent about the company health and regularly encourages employees to reach out with feedback or questions. Extremely flexible work environment.

Cons

Pay is consistently lower than the market value for my field, but they hired a 3rd party for that evaluation so it wasn't their determination.

Free health insurance and that is about it

Cons

They say you can work from home but just expect to get some back lash for that. Deadlines are unreasonable. They don't have a standard in place of what drawings are suppose to look like. They DO NOT have good management. Moving up is not a thing. Expect to do everything and not get paid for what you are worth. They commend the bad employees and give them raises while the people that are actually doing the work get barely enough to get by. They promise the world and you are only going to get tired and burnt out. They high people that are not qualified for positions and so the lower people have to do there jobs and not get paid for it either.
