      Pros

      Garver is a very family oriented firm. They care for you as a person not just as a number. Making my move to Garver was the best career choice i could have ever made.

      Cons

      Due to the size of Garver, which is not a bad thing, the chance of working on a big signature project is not has high as other firms.

      Pros

      Great place to work! Garver has such a unique employee atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else. Personable management and leadership, extremely competitive compensation and benefits, outstanding work/life balance, and unique culture and values that Garver apart from other companies.

      Cons

      Some career advancement paths are limited, only because Garver is such a great company that no one ever leaves!

      Pros

      I like everything about the company. There are great people to work with, the company culture is great and the company is growing. I am able to function with little oversight to build my client base.

      Cons

      With the amount of growth we are experiencing, it is becoming hard to fine good engineers to hire. Garver is not as well known, so some candidates may over look us.
