      Pros

      Fast paced environment that makes the work day go by quickly. Opportunities for advancement as long as you are the right person. Willing to hire just about anyone for hourly positions. Travel

      Cons

      Extremely long hours. Very stressful. Regularly expected to stay for OT due to being short staffed.. The company talks a big game about safety and how they care about their employees but only if it doesn't cost them too much. Pay is questionable for the amount of work and stress that comes with working here.

      - Commuting distance and office accessibility.

      Cons

      - Unethical business practices. - Innovation and creativity is stifled. - Unprofessional Employees - Very little structure - Zero management support - High turnover - Unstable company (in sum) While the work is simple your largest stress is dealing with employee attitudes and a toxic culture. Due to lack of skills you’ll find many who create issues in order to keep their jobs. Reports of unethical behavior are ignored. Save yourself the headache and do NOT work here.

      A place to work if you have no options..

      Cons

      Working there is like modern day slavery,they expect lots of work for little money, in the busy season you are expected to work 12+ hours in a 40 degree temperature if you try leaving before 12+ hours they threaten to fire you discrimination is practice at the highest level ,Spanish is the first language,99.9% of they work force is foreign who they prey on because of they vulnerable situation....
