      Lots of great people work here who are passionate about the company. The company has been in existence for over 100 years so solid company

      The CEO is toxic. Regularly he uses expletives in meetings often times directed at people.

      Pros

      When it was still unders the Gates family ownership, it was a world class company. Sadly it has been bought out and is facing a massive layoff with a new facility in Mexico.

      It is believed that the writing is on the wall for a closure over the next several years.
