Cons

Crazy -oppressive work environment. The propaganda one must speak is intense. The bureaucracy is ridiculous. People are mean, petty, and spiteful.

Going to work everyday is like going to school. There are so many great colleagues and experiences to learn from. It's also exciting to work towards ambitious goals.
