      Imagine working somewhere where there are resources to do almost anything you can think of, if you can make the case for it. You will have huge learning opportunities to better understand some of the largest issues facing the world.

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing what is needed, when, and restructuring, leaving work stranded and adding the wrong kind of uncertainty to long-term problem solving on complex issues. Internal competition isn't sufficiently managed, leading to unnecessary conflict and strife
