Great environment and great benefits. There is generally a sense of urgency to solve GH problems. You are constantly surrounded by subject matter experts.

Cons

Limited growth especially if you are trying to switch from one job family to the other. i.e. Program Assistant to Program Coordinator. Every team is different.

Cons - People may get too competitive at times Visa Sponsorship - Do not sponsor international workers below Senior Program Officer level, that too rarely Too Many Strategy Reviews - Sometimes it may appear that various divisions are going through strategy refreshes and there will be relatively few years of smooth sailing
