      Pros

      The mission is fantastic. We are privileged to work excellent grantees.

      Cons

      There is a lot of internal process to get buy in for an idea, and many good ideas are scuttled in the process. Sometimes people are too busy to learn.

      Stressful job and mean people

      Great new campus and bike lockers

      Cons

      1st year you will spend 70 hours per week working. The 2nd not much less. Support of management for consultants is more than the full time employees. Management support a mean culture that take people down. In most cases it is the full time employees that suffers the most. Not a good environment for the long term. If you have family don't work here.

      Benefits are outstanding The mission is truly worth while Compensation is fair market or above

      Cons

      The IT department lacks both leadership and accountability for delivering anything. Leadership sets ambiguous directions or goals and then are overlycritical about the progress or results and blame the team. Senior Management is not interested in the sucess or growth of their employees. The majority of senior management have consultants full time or part time to actually run the teams.
