The staff are some of the best humans I've ever worked with. But your experience will depend on your team mates and your boss.

Cons

It's alot of work and its very intense. The foundation is very development focused and is quite conservative

Pros

I was there during a challenging time in IT. The CIO who was hired was a bully and very challenging. But she is gone now, and it has returned to being a great place to work. Smart, dedicated people with a mission that can't be beat.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for growth within IT as most of IT is outsourced. But as long as you're comfortable with that it is fine.
