      Pros

      The work is impactful and challenging You work with some of the smartest, most creative people on this planet Extremely well resourced - amazing benefits, good work environment, teams are well staffed, you definitely have the resource to get some amazing work done if you really go for it.

      Cons

      Because the teams are so well staffed, occasionally it could feel like there are too many cooks in the kitchen, and accountability is not always clear.

      Great benefits and pay, a strong mission, get to work with very smart and talented people, remote and hybrid work

      Cons

      For the administrative support roles, it is nearly impossible to move to far up the ladder. For higher up roles, they prefer to hire people with outside experience.
