      Great benefits, smart people, limited by reorgs

      Benefits, beautiful office environment, Seattle location closes for week in December, onsite gym

      Cons

      Constant reorgs, no room for growth, lots of bureaucracy and politics, meeting culture and all decisions made by committee, which slows progress and waters down ideas

      Pros

      BMGF has a great mission and vision and the majority.

      Cons

      A rare few of the Program Officers were unreasonable and difficult to please, using the program assistants as personal assistants even though this was warned about by senior staff.
