Pros

It's an exciting time to be at the company, the team is at the cusp of something big. Hopefully we'll get to share it publicly soon. I've been in the AV industry for a long time and this team stands our from my previous experience. I like the focus on scaling the tech, team and ops and enjoy seeing my work deployed for customers. Many opportunities to grow especially for those willing to take ownership and accountability.

Cons

Work hours can be long sometime but the work itself is very exciting and rewarding.

I couldn't find any positive thing at this workplace.

Cons

This place is filled with people who have an uncanny habit of noncooperation and blaming the wrong people. There is a bro-club who acts as if they own the workshop area and make the lives of new comers miserable. Some of them secretly hate colored people.
