- No actual innovation. Reusing a couple of white-labeled hardware and open source softwares. - Founding team is a joke. Not trustworthy. Have no real-world experience or maturity to start/run a firm. - All the news in the media and awards are hoax, mainly to attract investor attention. More focus on media presence, and marketing than actual technology development

Nothing..free lunches and snacks aren't shiny anymore.

Cons

Poor management, bad leadership, high pressure to work 60-70 hour weeks, no leniency, micro management with 5 days in the office with having to take PTO for doctor visits. Extremely toxic culture.
