Hostile Attitude and Blame Games Ruined Everything

Pros

I didn't find any positivity at this workplace. The attitude of people was quite terrible, and tolerating it was hard.

Cons

Trust no one. It should be the motto of this company. The people are toxic, hostile, and fake. Everyone wants to skip accountability for their actions by blaming someone else. This poor behavior leads to conflict and chaos within the company. The leadership isn't bothered enough to fix it.

Great co-workers to work with and amazing leadership! Management has a clear vision for the company. Many opportunities to grow and scale up within the company.

Cons

No cons per say, but it's a fast space environment that keeps you on your toes; be prepared to work hard and be flexible. It's a results oriented team and expectations are high.
