My team was a small team but it was a super awesome one. We shipped a lot of improvements. I really enjoyed my time there

Cons

Not really a con but they did struggle with raising funds for a while and this led to another round of layoffs

Most of the people are nice and care about the product.

Cons

Frequent personnel changes (esp in management roles) leads to unclear expectations and sometimes poor guidance and communication. Promotions are difficult (impossible) to come by if your manager and work priorities are often changed.
