Cons
Nurse Manager for my floor was cut throat. I was fired for having "excessive absences", which was 3 in 6 months. However, I had covid and lingering symptoms. After the first write up, I came to work ill, where I was informed I could not work sick because I endangered my coworkers and staff, and was sent home. Upon my return I was written up again even though they sent me home because I WAS SICK. The third one happened 3 months later, a sinus infection, and a dr note. I literally could barely breathe. No consideration for the fact I had picked up many shifts to help when they were short.
