Pros

Great hospital located on beautiful grounds. I enjoy working here. Most of the staff is wonderful and easy to work with. As with any job there are exceptions but overall most are terrific and this is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

Being a small hospital in certain areas not much room to advance. Pay scale could be better Benefits need improvement from PTO to Health Benefits.
