Pros

I don't work there anymore.

Cons

This place is toxic. It is not what you know but who you know., There is something not kosher when overtime is promised to 1 person and no one else can get any. Some people are mean and will harass you daily.

BEST RN's in the world!! Best team I have ever worked with. Very friendly and helpful co-workers.

Cons

Nurse Manager for my floor was cut throat. I was fired for having "excessive absences", which was 3 in 6 months. However, I had covid and lingering symptoms. After the first write up, I came to work ill, where I was informed I could not work sick because I endangered my coworkers and staff, and was sent home. Upon my return I was written up again even though they sent me home because I WAS SICK. The third one happened 3 months later, a sinus infection, and a dr note. I literally could barely breathe. No consideration for the fact I had picked up many shifts to help when they were short.
