Pros

Random bonus. And easy going managers

Cons

No base salary increases. Mismanaged vendors. Pissed off customers daily, Purchasing team use to be good with Shaun and Marisa inventory wasn’t much of an issue as it’s now.

Pros

This is the first place I’ve actually enjoyed working at. You can tell your bosses and the employees at corporate truly care about their employees and they don’t just tell you, they show you as well. Everyone takes the time to teach you something you may not know, and are really understanding. I came into this job knowing nothing about HVAC, and have learned so much in the short time I’ve been here. I don’t dread coming into work here, I truly love working here!

Cons

I’ve experienced nothing discouraging in my time here.
