- Occationally work from home

Cons

- Work overtime (12-14 hr / day) without overtime pay - 24 hour on call for emergency, always lots of emergency - Occationally work during weekend without compensation - travel > 75% of the time

Pros

- Colleagues were great to work with, everyone was helpful even when they had an overload of tasks - Decent compensation package, but overall salary was lower then average for most positions offered

Cons

- Most of their system is proprietary so it will be difficult to transfer technical skills that are acquired on the job. However you will acquire many soft skills like people management and issue resolution. - Management was shuffled at begining of 2024 and overtime core members of the team started leaving or being let go.
