Pros

The remote technicians are top-notch and they will fix your computer. The people on the ground floor are typically very effecient and customer friendly.

Cons

Though they contract on-site technicians in the US, the business is ran out of an office in Lima, Peru where they pay around $400 a month to their support staff and technicians, most of whom are Americans living abroad. Hours are incredibly long, six days a week and t´s a very poor wage, even for the geographical location. Meanwhile, the owner flaunts his wealth and rakes in well over half a million dollars a year in profits off the back of his workforce. The Billing Department is trained to never give refunds and they do this by using force and scare tactics over the phone. Very rude and unprofessional, once you give them your money you will never see it again. Greed is at the heart of this business.

Pros

None at all. Stay away from them

Cons

George Otte, the owner of Otte Polo Group, Geeks on Site, Responsive Answering Service, and Enlace Contact Center, has gained quite a reputation for his unethical business practices. Former employees have come forward with stories of mistreatment, unpaid work, and a culture of fear within these companies. One of the most alarming aspects of Otte's operations is the way he takes advantage of his employees. Many ex-employees have reported being forced to work after hours without any additional compensation. This blatant disregard for labor laws is not only unfair, but it also creates a hostile work environment. Furthermore, Otte's companies have been accused of engaging in money laundering and tax evasion. By operating overseas offices in countries like Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Peru, Otte is able to avoid paying taxes and exploit cheap labor. This not only harms the economies of these countries but also puts a strain on the local workforce. In addition to mistreating employees and avoiding taxes, Otte's companies have been known to scam customers as well. Senior citizens, in particular, have fallen victim to their high prices for computer repair services. Otte's companies add exorbitant mark-ups to the prices of computers, printers, smart cameras, and other devices they sell in their shops. They even go as far as buying products from Amazon and falsely claiming that they came from their non-existent warehouse in Florida. It is important to be aware of these unethical practices and to avoid doing business with companies associated with George Otte.
