      Pros

      Work with extensive CPA on place so you have greater independence in certain areas for clinical decision making. As you go through rotations with medical residents you become an integral part of the team. As long as you are willing to speak up your clinical recommendations will be heard and will have an impact on the care of your patients.

      Cons

      Cost of living in the area is not taken into account with the salary especially when you factor in the type of housing available, cost of groceries and gas.
