Pros

Flexibility. Recruiters can frequently work from home. Easy to recommend to applicants—competitive wages and benefits. 5% contribution to 401k whether you contribute or not. Most benefits available from day one. Career ladders and plenty of promotional opportunities.

Cons

At times expectations can become overwhelming.

Pros

Competitive salary, benefits, along with endless opportunities for advancement. The tuition reimbursement is so generous that they will even help pay for a degree outside of your current position. Every employee that I have come in contact with has been friendly.

Cons

Work intensity can be high.

Opportunities to grow within the organization. Great benefits. Geisinger is a community among all levels.

Cons

Salary but then again, we have to understand our cost of living in cheap in this area.
