      1. Hours 2. Pto 3. Helping patients

      Cons

      1. They are just a business like fast food get them in get them out (patients) increase numbers 2. Big management running the show have no idea what we do 3. You can not care for your patients appropriately due to fast food management 4. I feel they did not take care of employees or handle Covid crisis as well as they could have being a medical establishment
