      Nice company to work for depending upon management and the department.

      Cons

      Poor management Unprofessional staff and coworkers Management let's team lead and most staff sit around and play on the phone, Staff can get caught sleeping in the office by corporate and somehow get away with it and also making fun of patients and being rude. Day 1 no help from anyone how to clock in or anything needed that I asked I should have done.. Basically have to find out on your own how to do certain things because when I asked a lead or manager I would often get "I don't know" as an answer. So many unacceptable issues within the company..

      Lower pay compared to other maintenance techs elsewhere Union that likes to take dues but not help out Lack of appreciation because we aren’t doctors or nurses
