Pros
Good management staff. Benefits are comparable to other companies in the field. Made a difference in patient's lives. Educational opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Not as diverse as it should be given the demographic of the patients we service. Starting pay for entry level positions should be higher. If half of the focus was on investing in the staff more than just their real estate portfolio, Geisinger would rival even the best places to work for.
