Great work culture but GCMC can be busy like any other hospital

Cons

Not too many, sometimes staffing can be short but patient ratios are well managed. You have busier days like anywhere else.

Good starting pay for the line of work

Cons

Poor management unfair work load unfair breaks poor last minute jobs they want finished perfectly without going over time. Constantly changing job duties, Constantly changing holidays you work. Being told by management not to make plans for your time off . Get points that count against you and take a year to get rid of even if you have covid
