Great Place to work

Pros

This is a very good place to work. There is a lot of opportunity to advance in the department or even outside of your department within the organization. You receive a good amount of paid time off, the management is excellent as well.

Cons

There are some rare times where things get neglected between management and supervisors. There was no real structure for training as a newly hired supervisor. There is a lot of time spent in the office rather then out on the hospital floor doing physical labor.
