      - pay (night shift incentive of $2.00+ base pay) - flexible hours ( I am also a full time college student) -benefits

      Cons

      - if float it is hard to feel a part of the team since you move around a lot - unnecessarily have you sit in covid rooms for 8+ hours

      Have been at Geisinger for 16+ years, and have several family members that have also been at Geisinger for numerous years. It is based in a rural area, but it offers good opportunities and great benefits
