      It's a local business.

      Cons

      They eliminated my position after 15 years. They didn't have the decency to give me a heads up. They wouldn't let me take any of my personal things with me, nor did they allow me to say goodbye to my colleagues. I felt like a common criminal. I was told that my being let go was without cause, but they really disrespected me and made me feel like a piece of trash. I worked there for 15 years and was kicked out in 15 minutes! I don't know why I was surprised, I was always treated like the gum on the bottom of management's foot. I'm pretty sure that if I were on fire, none of them would so much as spit on me to put me out.
