      Pros

      Decent benefits Pay is "ok" for the rural area it's in.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Self centered and untrustful management. Political environment that changes based on management opinion. A lot of change for the sake of change.

      Good, caring people - corrupt leadership

      Pros

      The employees are hard working and caring, and the organization pays well for the area.

      Cons

      Leadership is corrupt and places little value on their employees, with abusive work practices such as overloading and not providing proper resources, this is across all departments and disciplines. Employee morale has been low for years.

      Pros

      Due to having a toddler in daycare, lets face it, they end up sick.. A Lot! GHP was understandable, they gave a great work life balance and allowed me to make up time without question without using PTO. They recognized you for your accomplishments and always made you feel apart of the team without excluding you, that's very hard to come by. GHP, also held celebrations to break away from work such as a Snow Crawl, Tailgate, Potlucks, Icecream socials with also need to use PTO to attend. Overtime was always allowed. Management allowed you to do your job without hovering over you.

      Cons

      Low pay, couldn't find room to grow.
