Only care about money. Do mot care about their employees. They provide no pension like the state pensions . They did not treat people fairly . The federal and state mandates said vaccinate or test. They fired people. When we had a Covid outbreak with our employees they refused to test everyone. They said if you masked you were safe but then said masks were not enough if you did not get the vaccine. They were often short staffed. Pay is poor in the clinic settings.!The CEO will not meet with you.

Decreasing incentives, Constantly being texted To Come in on days off, inconsistent disciplinary policy, favoritism. Lack of work/life balance. Difficult to get Time off-encouraged to switch with other staff memebers.Lack of respect from management towards staff. Parking situation is bad. Raises are minimal.insufficient training for new staff-being pulled off orientation to sit with patients, and when off orientation they don’t know their job responsibilities well enough to confidently perform their role..
