Many benefits - stock, benefit plus, PTOs, etc., many diverse applications and areas of interest from antiviruses to AI tools

Cons

Focus on individualism over team work (competition against peers instead of cooperation), wrong focus on diversity (instead of any valid support, equalization of salaries, safe environment, etc. we are talking filling quotas), quite a push to going to office without any additional benefits or understanding whether that employee needs to go and is productive there, low code quality due to artificial deadlines - quantity over quality, not appreciating employees - impossible to get a real raise, promotions, etc.
