1. Excellent work culture-This is a very important factor for me in a job, and Genea is a place where you and your time are respected. I have found a perfect work-life balance here 2. Growth: At Genea I have learned so much, not just about the company/products but also up skilled myself in many ways. Your managers/team members both are always available for your help and to guide you in the right direction 3. Transparency: Wow..just wow. Genea has made sure that all employees are equally aware of the things going on. All highs are celebrated and all ows are tackled as a team.

Pros

Without any doubt, Genea is an amazing company to work for. I started my journey with Genea around 2 years ago. I joined this company as a Product Analyst. After a year in this role, I was promoted to the position of Senior Product Owner. This company understands its people that many like to develop their careers by moving into different roles, either vertically or horizontally, and Genea makes sure to provide such opportunities to the right candidates. The work culture and transparency are excellent here. And the best part is the team here. It is fun to work with the team. These opportunities for career growth, along with a fantastic work culture mean that working in Genea definitely rocks!

Pros

Fully paid benefits offering $500/month allowance towards medical/dental/vision. Remote/hybrid schedule offered. Responsive team members.

Cons

A company that cares more about appearances than fixing problems. Pulse surveys that were mandated by the CEO that were not anonymous and then you are singled out for sharing your feedback. A self-righteous, condescending, and hypercritical CEO that says there are endless opportunities for those that create them but really its a "figure it out and impress me" attitude that results in overworked and burnt out employees plus a HUGE lack of processes all around. Leadership wants to be "hip" and "cool" but really they are out of touch with employees which results in numerous meetings to piece information together. Meetings are unproductive and there are too many of them.
