Everyone at Geneca is top notch. They want you to succeed and will help you get to the next level, whatever that may mean for you. If you have the motivation, there is endless opportunities to grow yourself in many different directions. Consulting isn't for everyone, but if you have the passion to learn and the ability to communicate well with others, Geneca is a fantastic place to be.
Cons
Consulting means sometimes you drive to the client instead of the office. If you somehow manage to change that, you're going to rock the world.
