Pros

Genentech has great benefits and science. The company attracts the best and brightest talent. Also, the diversity has been great before 2020.

Cons

The diversity and inclusion efforts has been creating as unhealthy environment if you are white. The lead, her passion, with management backing has been one sided, especially when she invited speakers who describes the evils of white supremacy and white privileged. I have been focusing on the work until I heard disparaging remarks about white people that is borderline racist.
