Great Challenging place to work. Extremely smart people, but still laid back most of the time.

Cons

Roche Bought it out so things changed a bit after that.

It can be difficult to advance in your position. Clarity on the requirements has increased, but it can take a long time to reach the next step

Pay was good. Benefits are great. Corporate culture can be very positive. Lots of development opportunities and opportunities to develop career wise.

Cons

Management skills sometimes lacking, employees have many competing priorities and seem overworked. My direct experience was with a director level person that was terrible at motivating people.
