Amazing colleagues and benefits. Felt like a family. Originally had lots of growth opportunities but things seem to be changing…

Cons

Very unstable. Layoffs every quarter or more. Traumatizing when you are working your hardest and putting your all into your work and they still lay you off. Upper management doesn’t have much visibility into what people are actually doing.
