Pros

Great place to work. The compensation is nice along with their benefits. People are friendly and their training is very extensive. Generally like to promote from within.

Cons

No much room for growth. Although raises happen often, it might take a few lateral movements before you can move vertically. From my experiences, however, the pay scale for out sourcing is so much higher than hiring internally. Work for the company for a little bit, go somewhere else and then come back and you will get paid at least 10% more.
