Pros

The benefits are excellent: premium healthcare, dental and vision. They have a gym and bus system to help with the commute. There is no dress code.

Cons

There is a seeming log jam in some sectors for promotions.

Pros

Traning and development opportunities are fantastic. Benefits are amazing. Great feeling about helping patients with unmet medical needs.

Cons

Career growth is limited. Politics are brutal (with the merger with Roche). Work-life balance is nonexistent if you want to advance.

Pros

Working with incredibly bright people Uplifting purpose to the work Great to work with a lot of young people, helping them launch their careers

Cons

Management taking all the credit when it's the scientists driving the company's value Preoccupied with adding complexity in the name of 'business process' Too much political manuevering to look good to the Roche leaders
