Contract roles are designed to support evolving business needs and may have defined scope, duration, and structure. We understand that this can sometimes feel limiting in terms of long-term opportunities or participation in certain employee programs. Because contractors are employed by a separate employer, eligibility for certain company-sponsored events or giveaways may differ from those offered to full-time employees. That said, the FlexWorkforce program continues to partner with contractors’ Employers of Record (EORs) to encourage engagement and recognition initiatives that support a positive experience. Contractors are also welcome to apply for open full-time opportunities when they become available.
